You’ll have the opportunity to gain a real-world experience through a diverse range of internship opportunities.

You’ll be taught by distinguished legal practitioners, accomplished scholars, and leaders in their respective fields. With small class sizes, you’ll have the opportunity for personalised interaction and engaging discussions with the law faculty.

Flexible study options

Study face-to-face or online, without compromising on quality through our scaffolded skills development opportunities that require physical attendance at specific points in your degree. These mandatory contact points ensure that you’ll have the opportunity to develop your interpersonal, negotiation, mooting and interviewing skills and prepare you for success in the legal world. The legal profession offers many distinct career paths, so it’s only fair that you should have the option to tailor your studies to a specific area of interest.

Extended minors

Our Law program offers you three extended elective minors to study alongside your core law courses. You’ll have a unique opportunity to customise your legal education and gain expertise in areas that align with your career goals and passions.

*UniSC is currently seeking accreditation for the new three-year and online Bachelor of Laws programs with Queensland’s Legal Practitioners Admissions Board.
