This role involves providing leadership in the development of ongoing relationships with all levels of government that increase USC’s influence and its ability to attract additional resources. The second component of this role involves providing leadership in the development and implementation of USC’s project management framework.
Duncan has extensive experience working in both the public and private sectors. He was amongst the first of USC's graduates and has gone on to develop a career in strategic planning and project management. Prior to joining the OVCP, Duncan held positions with USC’s International Projects Group, Lihir Sustainable Development Limited (PNG), Queensland Legislative Assembly, and Sunshine Coast Regional Council. Duncan is a member of the Planning Institute of Australia and the Australian Institute of Project Management.
