As Project Officer, Communications and Engagement, Trish Howard helps promote and support the Sunshine Coast Mind and Neuroscience Thompson Institute’s efforts in youth mental health and suicide prevention, including research programs and community engagement and awareness programs. She contributes to the maintenance of relationships with stakeholders, the participation and engagement of community members, and the marketing and communication activities of the Thompson Institute.
Trish is an experienced communications and marketing professional, who has dedicated her career to organisations that contribute positively to the community, including in local government, tertiary education and the media. Her main area of interest is communications that support positive change and participation.
Trish holds a Bachelor of Design and Marketing from USC and enjoys applying the high-quality education the University provided her and the professional experience it afforded her to the University’s efforts at the Thompson Institute.
