USC offers venue hire and catering services for organisations, businesses and individuals for events from 10 to 600 people.

Centrally located in the Sunshine Coast region and easily accessible for locals and visitors alike, USC’s campus at Sippy Downs is the perfect venue for your next event.

From lecture theatres to open-air spaces, meeting rooms, modern and unique learning spaces including a Moot Court and a Visualisation Studio, USC Sunshine Coast provides a variety of spaces to suit a range of conference, meeting, exhibition and event needs.

Catering

USC's Venues team offer a variety of event catering and packages to suit your corporate and social event needs. With our own team of Chefs, friendly waitstaff and Venue specialists to guide you, the Venues team will bring your on-campus event together with ease.

From Day Delegate Packages, Gala Dinners or formal occasions, to small meetings, AGM's, workshops, presentations, award ceremonies and school formals - choose from our extensive menus or we can create a menu to suit your style and budget.

Please note, USC holds the liquor licence for all events on campus and BYO alcohol is not permitted. All on campus catering is supplied by USC Venues and Catering team, self catering is not permitted.

To book a venue or event at USC, contact the USC Venues team or submit an online enquiry via the website. Our team of venue specialists will provide you with a tailored quotation and assist you with the most suitable venue and menu options for your next event.

Facilities and venues for hire

USC Morton Bay has a variety of rooms for events including business meetings, workshops, presentations, conferences, exhibitions, seminars or cocktail and celebration events. The campus allows for the flexible set-up of rooms, with small or large spaces that cater for 10 to 480 guests. Event spaces include collaborative rooms which have a designated presentation space and are video conference capable. The large screens in the technology spaces are attached to the desks, allowing a clear view of the content and collaboration, and each screen can display a presentation and any of the desktop screens from that table.

Please note: The client is responsible for returning the room to its previous layout on completion of hire.

Catering

At USC Moreton Bay, we strive to exceed your expectations – from your initial enquiry to the post-event follow-up. Attention to detail and flexibility are at the core of our values, and we will create any package to suit your needs, including morning and afternoon teas, working lunches, seated lunches and dinners, buffet dinners, cocktail receptions, grazing stations, conference packages, and beverage packages. You can select from our half or full-day delegate packages, or we can help you customise tailored, themed and bespoke packages to suit your needs and budget. We cater for all dietary requirements and allergies, including gluten free, vegetarian and vegan.

All event catering requests require an Application for Catering Form to be completed and sent to USC Venues. Final numbers are needed for all catering application seven days prior to the event.
