As a former UniSC staff member, how can I verify the payment details form link in my remediation email is secure?

As a former UniSC staff member, I am having issues accessing or completing the payment details form, what should I do?

As a former UniSC staff member, do I have a deadline to submit the payment form?

We do wish to pay the funds to you as soon as possible and therefore need the form completed and returned promptly. Please reach out if you have any issues.


As a former UniSC staff member, when will I receive my remediation funds?

Funds will be deposited into your account once we receive your verified details returned via the payment forms.


As a former UniSC staff member, when will I receive breakdown of underpayment?

It is important that we have your correct email address to forward further details regarding the payment amounts owed. Once your current email is provided via the web form, we will email you the breakdown and proceed with your payment.


As a former UniSC staff member, how do I provide current Superannuation details?

You can provide your superannuation details via our current the digital choice of fund form.

UniSuper is UniSC's default fund, but you can provide details of any fund of your choice. Your submitted details will automatically flow through to UniSC.


Why do I need to provide the Digital Choice of Fund reference number?

The DCOF reference number helps us confirm your identity when providing updated bank details. If you are unable to provide the DCOF reference number, please contact us at [email protected], and we will arrange alternative ways to confirm your identity.
