Sandra is a professional Non-Executive Director. She currently Chairs the Board of My State Limited and several of its subsidiaries, Channel Investment Management Limited and BBO Investments Pty Limited.

She is a director of Tasmanian Public Finance Corporation and chair of its audit committee and director of Adore Beauty Limited (ASX:ABY), chairs its audit and risk committee and is a member of its People Remuneration and Nominations Committee.

Sandra is a member of the Investments Board of the Public Trustee of Queensland.

She was a partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers for 16 years leading a number of practice areas including 5 years as Global Leader of their Governance Risk and Compliance practice.

Sandra is Deputy Chancellor for UniSC, Chairperson of UniSC's Audit and Risk Management Committee and a member of the Nominations Committee and Executive Committee of Council.
