Kylie Batten | UniSC | University of the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia

Kylie Batten is the Senior Quality Officer within the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic). Kylie works as part of the Quality Office team and is responsible for providing high level advice and support for ongoing development and implementation of UniSC’s quality system and processes in relation to engagement with the Tertiary Education Quality Standards Agency (TEQSA) and compliance with the TEQSA Act 2011 and associated Higher Education Standards Framework (HESF).

As the Senior Quality Officer, Kylie:

• Provides expert advice and support to all areas of UniSC about the requirements of the HESF and TEQSA
• Coordinates internal and external reporting of quality assurance activities across UniSC and monitors compliance with HESF
• Represents UniSC on external quality networks and to government and other agencies as designated by the executive 

The position includes responsibility for the management of operations and staff within the Quality Office.
