Erin joined the Centre for Human Factors and Sociotechnical Systems in 2014 as a Research Assistant on a diverse range of projects, including sensory public design, rail level crossings, FIFA World Cup soccer and outdoor education. She is currently developing evidence-based resources to build capability to use systems thinking for the prevention and management of work-related violence in hospitals.
