PTY305 Physiotherapy for Aging and Disability #

* Not offered until Semester 2, 2027. This course will equip students to assess and treat clients who are aging or have a disability in a safe, effective, and evidence-based manner within a rehabilitation and community context. Students will apply knowledge and skills to assist clients to manage chronic health conditions and disability, and to maximise their health, functional independence, and quality of life. Students will also extend their understanding and skills in working with clients, carers and other health professionals to optimise client care, and to prevent injury, illness, disease, and/or exacerbations.
