PTSD test

Could you be experiencing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)?

This 2-minute screener asks questions about your experiences and symptoms to assess your likelihood of living with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Once completed, you will see your results onscreen along with some helpful resources and links.

Please note that this screener is a pre-diagnosis tool to help you understand any symptoms you may be experiencing. Any mental health diagnosis will still need to occur with a qualified health professional such as your GP.

You do not need to provide personal details to complete the test, however you will have the option to receive your results by email to keep on record and/or to share with your GP or mental health team.

You will also be given the option to sign up to learn about mental health treatments being offered here at the National PTSD Research Centre at UniSC's Thompson Institute, and to receive news about our mental health information sessions, events, and research findings.
