Increasing customer expectations, emerging technologies and agile competitors drive corporations to think of new ways to remain competitive. They realise the importance of fostering entrepreneurial behaviours, talents and passion of their employees for the creation of new business models. In this course, you will explore the foundations of corporate entrepreneurship and business model innovation, learn to develop, design and gather support for new business model initiatives, propose ways to integrate business model innovation initiatives into an organisation, and determine how to assess the outcomes and performance of corporate entrepreneurship and business model initiatives.
