These scholarships will be available subject to funding from the federal government.

The USC Indigenous Education Costs Scholarship of $2,500 for one year only [$1,250 per semester] is to assist indigenous students to meet the costs of living while studying.

Current Commonwealth Indigenous scholarship recipients

In 2017 the Indigenous Commonwealth Scholarship Program (CSP) changed due to updates to funding and legislation. Students currently receiving a Indigenous Commonwealth Scholarship from 2016 or earlier will continue to receive a Preserved ISSP scholarship under transitional ISSP arrangements should they meet ongoing eligibility requirements.

Please note: If you are a recipient of a USC Indigenous Student Success Scholarship or an Indigenous Commonwealth Scholarship, you cannot receive more than a combined total of 8 payments of the undergraduate Education Costs Scholarship or 8 payments of the undergraduate Relocation Costs Scholarship. However if you have already received a total of 8 payments of these scholarships you will still be eligible to apply for the USC Indigenous Equity Bursary.
