Course Workbook - Exchange or credit guidelines

Course Workbooks may be returned to Print Services for credit or exchange. The following conditions apply:

  • Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving the delivery and accompanied by a receipt.
  • Returns must be made on or before Census date.
  • Books must be in new, unused condition.
  • Print Services reserve the right to assess the condition and accept or decline the return of a Course Workbook.
  • If a return is accepted, a credit will be issued to the students MyPrint account.
  • MyPrint credits do not expire and can be used towards future purchases at Print Services or on the self-serve printing facilities.
  • If a book is deemed faulty, Print Services reserve the right to assess the fault and provide a repair, replacement or credit.

UniSC Apparel - Exchange guidelines

UniSC Apparel may be exchanged with Print Services. The following conditions apply:

  • Exchanges may be accepted when:
    • an item is deemed faulty - Print Services will replace the faulty item with a new item of the same style and size.
      • If an item is deemed faulty, Print Services reserve the right to assess the fault before providing a replacement.
    • an incorrect size was purchased - Print Services will swap the return for the correct size.
    • NO refunds or credits provided. We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind - Know your rights
  • Exchanges must be within 10 days of receiving the delivery and accompanied by a receipt.
  • UniSC Apparel must be returned unworn, unwashed, free from make-up, perfume, deodorant and with original tags still attached.
  • Print Services reserve the right to assess the condition and accept or decline the exchange of UniSC apparel.

UniSC Merchandise - Exchange guidelines

UniSC Merchandise may be exchanged with Print Services. The following conditions apply:

  • Exchanges may be accepted when:
    • an item is deemed faulty - Print Services will replace the faulty item with a new item of the same style and size.
      • If an item is deemed faulty, Print Services reserve the right to assess the fault before providing a replacement.
    • NO refunds or credits provided. We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind - Know your rights
