This course will provide physiotherapy students with opportunities to explore advanced and/or specialised areas of clinical practice and develop an introductory level of understanding and skills appropriate for graduate level competency. Students will also be orientated to less traditional, emerging, and extended areas of practice, and explore different career pathways and employment opportunities. Case studies and simulations will be used to extend student capacity to clinically reason and to assess and treat clients with complex needs and challenges in diverse settings.
