In Integrated Physiology you will further develop your knowledge and skills in human physiology. The emphasis in this course is to appreciate how homeostasis is achieved by the interplay between multiple systems, overseen by both neural and hormonal control. You will learn how the human body functions in a coordinated but complex way by studying the various cells, tissues and organs associated with the body systems. You will further develop skills in research and communicating science relevant to the biomedical discipline. This course will prepare you for further study into biomedical applications, including pathophysiology.
