This course analyses and evaluates Steiner’s understanding of human development from anthroposophical and socio-historical perspectives, relating it to pedagogical practice in Steiner education. Current issues in education are examined using Steiner’s philosopy as a lens, addressing the impact to which alternative educational theory is having on contemporary schooling.
