Indeed, more than three-quarters of all new employment around the world is in the service sector in areas such as tourism, sport, telecommunication, finance, social networking and charities. This course examines key concepts, tools and models that underpin service success. The topics covered in the course include the distinctive nature of services, the importance of building relationships with consumers, designing successful services, and managing services for sustainability.
